Motion blur in games is actually an effect that takes additional processing power to achieve. As the object changes location, the light being emitted (reflected) from that object changes its origin. The problem is, whenever I move the camera in-game the texture flicker/shimmer/dim until I stop moving, then the picture goes back to normal.
